Should you need to cancel or change your reservation, we would ask that you notify us as soon as possible. If you provide at least 10 days notice there will be no charge. You will be responsible for 50% of your reserved accomodations if the cancellation is received within 10 days of your arrival date unless we're able to rebook the room.

Walk-ins are welcome when rooms are available. The Gateway is a member of the Catskill High Peaks Lodging Bureau and a proud benefactor to the Belleayre Music Festival.

The Gateway Lodge offers guests use of a refrigerator, microwave, and dishware. Long distance calls are free, but cell phones actually work on our mountain! Our standards in cleanliness and hospitality are the highest and promote a relaxed and safe environment for guests. The Lodge is pet friendly with each dog or cat incurring a $15 per night charge.

Cots are available and an additional person is $10 nightly under 14, $20 nightly 14 and over.

Weekends require a minimum stay of 2 nights, holidays require a 3 night stay.

All prices are based on a 2 night stay. A $50 charge may apply for single night stays.
